Pahal is well organized group of dedicated individuals who wish to work for deprived people of the society. Structure of organization is very simple and follows the idea of decentralization of power.

All the registered members of the Pahal form a General Body (GB). Pahal has one Advisory Council (AC) which is elected by General Body of Pahal. The main task of AC is to make policies for various projects and forming a Working Committee (WC) to execute them. It is the guiding soul of Pahal which always explores future possibilities of helping poor brilliant students.

Advisory Council elects the Working Committee, the face of Pahal. WC is the group of those folks who actually accomplish various projects.
