Membership Process

• Fill in the Membership Application Form

Membership Application Form is available with President, General Secretary, Treasurer and Fund Collection Team Members..




One can collect the form from head office of the Pahal Organization.




It can also be downloaded from Pahal Website (take print out of image file).




• Pay the membership fees

Membership fees is INR 1000/- for an employed person and INR 500/- for students and unemployed people which is not refundable in any circumstances.




Pahal Organization's bank account is in State Bank of India, Tonk Road, Jaipur on the name of “Pahal Organization” and account number is 30333610539.




Available options to pay membership fees:

1. Deposit the applicable membership fees in the Pahal Organization's bank account at nearby SBI branch and get the receipt (the same receipt will be required to submit with fully filled Membership Application Form).

2. Get a draft in the favor “Pahal Organization”, payable at SBI, Tonk Road, Jaipur branch.

3. By Cheque in favor of “Pahal Organization”

4. Pay online through Paypal using your credit card.

5. Cash payment

- Total 14 individuals, President(1), General Secretary(1), Treasure of Pahal Organization(1), members of Advisory Council(5) of Pahal Organization and members(6) of Fund Collection Team of Working Committee of Pahal Organization are authorized to collect membership fees in cash

- They will have to deposit collected money into the bank account of Pahal Organization within 7 days from the day of collection.

- All the authorized persons will have an original Authorization Note with Pahal Organization's seal issued by the President of the Organization.

- Whoever is paying membership fees as cash is requested to ask for the Authorization Note with photo identity of the collector.

- Cash payment is to be done at the time of submitting the fully filled membership application form and only if collector is ready to give receipt in return.

* Applicants are requested to cross the draft/cheque( if paying membership fees by draft or cheque) before submitting.



• Submit the Membership Application Form

Send filled Membership Application Form along with the bank receipt of the payment or draft or cheque to Pahal head office by registered post.

Submit the Membership Application Form along with the bank receipt of the payment or draft or cheque or cash to any of 14 authorized persons in personal.




• Get the receipt

If you are sending filled application form to the head office of the Pahal Organization, receipt will be dispatched to you within 2 days from receiving the form. Please mention the address on which you want receipt to be sent else it will be sent to the current address of the applicant.




In case of submitting form personally to any of 14 authorized persons, receipt must be collected instantly.




Membership will start from the day Pahal receives membership fees, the date mentioned on the receipt.
